Our apartment has 50 m2 (538.2 sq ft) and it is a fourth floor in a six floors building with elevator. The apartment was completely renovated in 2010.

It has 2 rooms, one of them with a double bed. The living room is spacious and sunny. The kitchen is brand new and well equipped. Apartment has heating and air conditioning.

The building was built in 1925 and it is located in the district of l'Example, near the Temple of the Sagrada Familia and close (100 m / 110 yd) to the metro stop Els Encants, line 2 which pass through the center of Barcelona (only three stops). There are also several bus lines stop just 50 m (55 yd) away and car park just across street (fee required).
